• 1 /2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gluten free self-rising flour 
  • 1 tsp bi-carb of soda
  • 3 nos ripe bananas
  • 2 nos free range eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • 20 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Puresoul Lime infused Ghee


Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it forms a thick gooey pancake batter.

Place a medium sized griddle on medium heat and add a teaspoon of Puresoul lime ghee.

Once the ghee begins to melt in the pan pour a batter to make the pancake

Once the pancake is cooked on both sides serve hot with some maple syrup and berries of choice. Time to dig in.
