INGREDIENTS
- 1 /2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Gluten free self-rising flour
- 1 tsp bi-carb of soda
- 3 nos ripe bananas
- 2 nos free range eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 20 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp Puresoul Lime infused Ghee
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it forms a thick gooey pancake batter.
Place a medium sized griddle on medium heat and add a teaspoon of Puresoul lime ghee.
Once the ghee begins to melt in the pan pour a batter to make the pancake
Once the pancake is cooked on both sides serve hot with some maple syrup and berries of choice. Time to dig in.
